I often would call Roger for updates and vent, he always assisted and listened. He eventually was able to have the tax classification changed and organized my closing on the last day of the third extension of my loan application (a Friday at 4 PM). If Roger was able to not only solve all of my unforeseen problems with the seller but also pick out the perfect house on the second try and negotiate a lower price with property improvements then he can help anyone. Roger helped my fiancee and I find our first home in an extremely hot market. At times it seemed overwhelming, but he was always responsive to all of our questions, even the basic ones. Most important, Roger helped us see many houses in a safe manner during the pandemic.
